What is the lead time for an order?
First-time orders are generally delivered in less than 30 days, while recurring orders take less than 12 days.
Can I make changes to a recurring order?
Absolutely. Since this product is completely customized for your lab, you can request a change at any time, such as adding or removing analytes or updating the volume or concentration.
Can I start small or phase in MS-One™?
Yes. You can begin with specific mixes or analyte panels and expand gradually as your current inventory depletes.
Can you prepare working calibration solutions and QCs?

Yes. We can prepare your stock solutions for calibrators, QCs, and ISTDs, as well as final working calibrators and QCs, depending on your lab's preference.

What is the expiration date listed on the COA?
Typically, one year from preparation. Each custom mix may vary, and stability should be confirmed under your storage conditions.
What kind of documentation will I receive?
You will receive a comprehensive package insert, a full Certificate of Analysis (CofA), and a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) with every order.
How will my solution be shipped?
Solutions diluted in blood product matrices are shipped overnight on dry ice. Those diluted in organic solvents (like MeOH, ACN, etc.), oral fluid, or urine matrices are shipped overnight on ice packs.
Can you arrange for a standing order?
Yes, standing orders are no problem. We can schedule regular shipments based on your lab's needs to ensure you have an uninterrupted supply.
How are your products tested for accuracy?
All of our products undergo in‑house verification using LC‑MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography–Tandem Mass Spectrometry). This gold‑standard method precisely confirms the analyte identity in the solution before release. All stock mixtures must also be tested and verified by the client using already validated QC material. This step confirms accuracy within their own system and ensures readiness for use on patient samples. We guarantee the results fall within the acceptance criteria.
